The historic Hoboken waterfront when the City was once full of piers & longshoremen. The old piers have been replaced by parks and luxury condos like the W Hotel & Residences.

The Maxwell House Coffee factory in Hoboken which was operational until the 1990′s was knocked down and turned into the Hudson River waterfront condo complex of Maxwell Place in 2006.
