Construction at the Monaco Towers on Washington Boulevard in downtown Jersey City next to the Double Tree Hotel & the Westin Hotel. The 524 luxury residential apartments will be located in two 50 story towers and feature 12,300 sq.ft. of ground floor retail space. The anticipated completion is sometime in 2011.

Located at 217 Newark Avenue in downtown Jersey City, the Saffron features 1 & 2 bedroom new construction condos. 9 units at the Saffron will be auctioned off on Sunday November 8th at the Westin Hotel in downtown Jersey City with starting bids at $175,000 for the 1 bedroom units, $250,000 for the 2 bedroom units. After the 9 units are auctioned the remaining 67 condos at the Saffron will be sold using a traditional real estate broker in the Jersey City area. The prices of these remaining units will be based upon the results of the auction on November 9th.
